Public product-building platform
ELVN
A secure, crawlable public record with isolated deployment, health checks, and a documented rollback path.

Business context
ELVN is the owned public record for independent product work. It connects day-by-day building, product research, brand artifacts, and operating principles without relying on a social feed as the primary archive.
Challenge
A build-in-public site needs to be transparent without leaking private operational data. It also needs a publishing structure that can grow without turning every new entry into a bespoke engineering task.
Solution
I built a semantic Next.js application with a journal, news, archive, RSS, sitemap, and consent-first analytics preparation. The brand system and editorial hierarchy are intentionally restrained so that the work remains the focus.
Engineering decisions
The application runs in an isolated Docker container behind Nginx. Health checks and rollback are documented, and analytics remain off until configured and consented. Public structured data describes verified website behavior only.
Validation
Tests cover content behavior, sitemap output, consent state, and core pages. Releases include production health and canonical-route checks.
Current state
ELVN is a live publishing and product-building platform. It is not described as a deployed AI product because no such production feature has been verified.

Verification notes
Public statements are limited to production behavior, implementation records, or direct review. Unsupported revenue, conversion, customer-count, and benchmark claims are intentionally excluded.
