Typical engagement ranges

Price the operating change—not a generic seat count.

The main dollar range on each card is a one-time audit or implementation price unless the card explicitly says first-year total. Monthly or annual platform and support charges are shown separately.

What changes the price

Scope follows the real commercial system.

  1. 01RFQ volume and number of commercial users
  2. 02websites, inboxes, CRM and ERP integrations
  3. 03supplier, cost, quote and approval complexity
  4. 04migration and historical reconciliation
  5. 05managed, private-cloud or self-hosted deployment
  6. 06roles, SSO, audit, security and data policy
  7. 07custom workflows, reporting and support SLA
  8. 08optional managed AI operations

Bring Your Own AI

Provider integration is included only in eligible implementation scopes. Model usage is paid directly by the customer. Managed AI uses a defined monthly minimum plus provider usage and operational margin; unlimited managed AI is not offered.

Self-hosted license

A customer-controlled deployment uses an annual license, separately priced implementation, and mandatory first-year support. Active maintenance covers supported upgrades and security work; it is not replaced by a cheap perpetual license.

Discovery credit

ELVN Studio may credit part of a completed Revenue Operations Audit toward a larger implementation when the work proceeds on the assessed scope. This is stated in the proposal, not assumed.
